Note: Your media item should be less than 2MB (an upload that large may take a very long time), with a filename ending in jpg, gif, doc, or xls.
Images
In Windows, to check the image size, right-click on the filename and select "Properties".
To reduce the image size, use:
-- the software that came with your camera, or
-- a standalone program like Picassa, Photoshop, or Fireworks, or
-- right-click on the filename and select "Edit". If MS Paint launches, select "Image >> Stretch/skew", reduce the
horizontal and vertical percentages under "Stretch", then save the file.
